SNESEDIT v0.98.018

SNESEDIT (German) has seen an update. Here is a translation of new features:
  • The tile editor became better
  • The program can dump different kind of ways
  • It runs on different OS Win98, Win98, Win ME, Win2000 and Win XP
  • You can edit PSX ISO an the changes saving in an external file, just like IPS.
  • For ISO the patch format of SNESEDIT is NDO. You can try it in the SNES Utilities area.
