Nintendo - DS Emulators
|DeSmuME||DeSmuME is software that allows you to emulate a Nintendo DS system. Think of it as a Swiss-Army knife for Nintendo DS emulation, giving you access to many powerful tools for testing DS features, from viewing ROM properties to managing Action Replay cheats. And best of all, this software is completely free and open-source.
The authors recommend that Windows users should patch the most recent stable release with an autobuild from:
|DSEmu||Not quite a DS emulator yet, so far it is just a GBA emulator, though it can play two-screen demos that only use the GBA hardware.|
|Dualis||The first publicly released DS emulator that actually attempts to emulate most of the DS hardware.|
|GBE+||GB Enhanced+ is a DMG/GBC/GBA emulator and experimental NDS emulator. It is the successor to the original GB Enhanced project with a focus on enhancements and emulating as much of the Game Boy as possible.|
|iDeaS||iDeaS is a plugin-based, portable emulator, under slow but active development. Its performance and compatibility are respectable.|
|NeonDS||NeonDS is an upcoming Nintendo DS Emulator. The emulator already runs a few commercial games, compatibility is fairly good.
However does not support sound yet and requires OpenGL 2.0 or better.
