ClrMame Pro v2.42 released

ClrMame Pro, a MAME ROM utility, has been updated. Here's what's new:
fixed: assertion and a weird zlib issue with readonly zipfiles
added: the green/grey/red profiler lights (status of missing sets/roms/samples)
added: "missing x of y" profiler setcounter
misc : scanning for nothing does nothing :o)
misc : Dir2Dat "DatFile created" messagebox added
misc : some source cleanup..
misc : workaround for weird history.dat problems (may even fix receivedata problems)
