Ycompress v1.0

FuSoYa recently released a hacking utility for Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. The utility is called Ycompress and it allows you to dump and reinsert compressed graphics into the SNES ROM. The utility is not itself an editor, so you must use the usual tile editors for making changes.
