YAPE v0.39

The Commodore C16 emulator YAPE has been updated to version 0.39. Here's what's new:

ZIP file support.
Optimised TED screen rendering a bit.
Slightly optimised main loop.
Fixed some glitches with the horizontal scroll.
Fixed the IRQ when it occurs right after masking it.
Fixed a bug when reading ROM area above $FF20.
