YAPE v0.27

- PC joystick support (DirectX not needed)
- more accurate Commodore 16 emulation
- ROM bank settings now saved as well
- TAP files can now be started from command line
- sound bug fixed
- CPU bug fixed (PLP, BRK)
- main loop optimised a bit
- some other bits
