Yape v0.26

- the emulator can now be run without DirectX
- small border mode added (faster!!!)
- drive folder selection dialog added (for disk LOAD operations)
- more accurate Y-scrolling (TED register $FF06)
- some optimisations in DirectX rendering
- double size mode works now in DirectX, and is also faaast :-)
- fullscreen DirectX mode is now supposed to work in all cases
- miscellaneous fixes
