Wonderswan specs

TkIMO emailed me asking for some help with finding specs for the Wonderswan...that not-so-popular handheld device from Bandai:
I am interested in working on a Wonderswan emulator and I have a few friends who would be contributing to the code as well - we could probably get something out quickly, considering our experience. However there are no accurate specs of the WonderSwan anywhere on the web. If you (or someone you know) might possibly know where to direct me to some good specifications (processor manufacturer would be un-endingly useful), please get back to me on this.
And if you find them, send them to us as well...we'll add them to the tech docs section :)
