WinGBC v0.04

New version of the GBC emulator WinGBC was released....unfortunately everything is in Japanese and the translation didn't make any sense at all. Luckily EmuHQ had a semi-coherent translation:
  • Way operation is stopped the when non-active.
  • It modifies the measurement timing of the FPS.
  • Correction of sound.
  • ON/OFF classified by channel of sound.
  • Noise channel mounting.
  • Mounting the manual frame skip.
  • Picture 2 time indication addition.
  • Way priority can be modified Grab it from the GB/GBC emulators.
