wGens v0.99

wGens, an excellent Genesis emulator for windows, has been updated to version 0.99. Here's what's new:

Kaillera client updated to version 0.83
Kaillera implementation is different, Gens can now start even if the kailleraclient DLL is not present.
Window split fixed.
Z80 cycles timing modified.
Load/save state improved.
Vietnamese menu translation added.
Minors bugs fixed.
