Two new translations for Tales of Phantasia

DeJap has released two non-english patches for Tales of Phantasia. A Russian patch at 20% and a Brazilian Portuguese patch at 70%. You can download the russian patch at our Russian Translations page, and the Brazilian patch from our Portuguese Translations page.
