Translation Section Update

And to say that currently I dont have a email account and my email account is in the works. Untill then I have a email that can be used. First of all I dont want any patches or utils emailed to me directly. I would appreciate it if all files are linked from a website account because my space is limited in my box. All files not linked will be deleted promptly. My email address to use is Khaless Untill I get my account feel free to use it for news and such. And thanks. Note: You can still use the submission form as well.
