The B.O.S.S. Frontend Updated

- Layout changed(smaller-1024x768)
- Music added
- Images added
- quick start settings updated
- supports more settings
- Bug with commandline fixed
- Bug with selecting disk image removes rom image fixed.
- Added TheBOSS-SCC disk!
