Tales of Phantasia Save-State Editor 1.0

The_Fake_God has released a new Save-State Editor for Tales of Phantasia. This editor is filled with features and works perfectly with the patched version of TOP (DEJAP). It takes a little bit of time to load because of all the strings it is handling (a few seconds...). All characters can be edited (including the two characters who are "N.P.C..s").
