Super Famicast v1.0

The author has offered a plain download, the source and images for Nero and Discjuggler. Here's a summary of what it can do:
- Many games emulate at fullspeed with frame skipping.
- Load ROMs from CD; swapping supported
- Sound (not synced or fast)
- Save SRAM to VMU
- Adjustable screen
- Theme system including background music
- Save emulator settings to VMU
