I saw the computer at my girlfriend's house had the temperature in the taskbar, which was extremely cool (well, to me at least, and no pun intended). When you opened it, it had radar, forecast, and when they issue a weather alert, it will optionally annoy you to notify you. Neato. Check out weatherbug.com.
