StretchMAME32 test 12

This is a new test version of StretchMAME32. Here's what's new in the last few versions: test12
  • Added Window size menu. test11
  • Fixed machine/irem_cpu.c
  • Fixed minimizing problem.
  • Re-added record/playback input feature. test10
