Street Fighter Zero CPS2Shock update

Over at the CPS2Shock site, they have released a new version of the SFZ files with a small fix to them. According to Razoola, they dont' affect the gameplay, but you will need them in the next Final Burn update. And they also have a article about the future of ROM releases as far as CPS2 goes.
