Street Fighter II Norwegian translation

A new translation for the SNES game Street Fighter II has been added to the archive. It is a patch which translates the game from English to Norwegian, and it is about 55% done. You can download it from our Norwegian SNES translation section! Thanks to Eirik for the translation!
