SSF page translation

I've translated the main page of the Sega Saturn emulator SSF. This page includes a FAQ and a list of system requirements. The other sections of the SSF site are pretty much useless. They either have self-explanatory screenshots or lengthy and pretty much useless development logs, so there isn't much point in translating them. I hope this helps people having trouble with SSF.
