Squeem v0.50

- complete 6502 cpu
- full mappers 0,1,2,3,40,43,50
- partial mappers 9,23,160
- joypad 1 + 2
- complete x scrolling
- half working y scrolling
- scrolling bugs on nametable switching (or something like that)
- 8x8 sprites
- 8x16 sprites (kinda)
- near complete ppu emulation
- save states (snss compatable)
- few bugs lurking around
