Sonic Advance fix for BoyCott Advance

A fix was released for BoyCott Advance v0.26 that allows Sonic Advance to work correctly. BoyCott v0.26 is still neccessary to use this fix. It can be downloaded from the Gameboy Advance Emulators area.
