Snes9x v1.39a

It's been over a year since it's last update, but Snes9x has been updated once more! Version 1.39a has a ton of new features and plenty of fixes. The list is way too long to put here, but you can see them in the changes.txt file contained in the zip. Currently only the source and Windows binaries have been released. Get it from our SNES Emulators page.
