Snes9x Custom v1.42

The Mac port of Snes9x has been updated to be in sync with the latest official binary. However, the binary download on the homepage seems to have a corrupt file as of now. Also, I can't really tell you what's new since everything is in Japanese, although I assume it's probably the same as the Windows/Linux port.
