SNES and Genesis Pages...

Hello! I cleaned up two more of the Utilities pages. The SNES and the Genesis pages have both been updated. All broken links have been removed and two files were uploaded:
  • GROM .75 (DOS/UNIX) - Genesis utility that converts .smd files to .bin files and other stuff...
  • SNES Palette Editor 0.3 (Win9x) - Utility to change what colors are used in a rom. As I went through the SNES Page, I found that there are a number of Level Editors and other such files listed there. I'm going to reorganize the cheating pages (possibly tomorrow) as they are currently scattered across the utilities section...
