SMS-Plus 0.9.3.1

SMS-Plus is a Sega Master System emulator for Windows. SMS-Plus was updated a while ago, but we missed it. Thanks to tedmg0913@earthlink.net for pointing this out. Here's what was new in the last release:
  • Fixed palette bug when taking screenshots with DirectX enabled.
  • Fixed 16 bit texture colours when DirectX is enabled. Get it at the Master System page.
