SmoothMAME v0.77u3

Another MAME variant, SmoothMAME, was also updated with the latest MAME source code available. This variant forces all games to run at exactly 60Hz, which makes the graphics much smoother, especially for displays like TVs and some arcade monitors. Changes are the same as what is new in the v0.77u3 MAME source.
