Jaylink has wrote in to tell us about a new SMS emulator for the dreamcast, SMEG, it looks really cool. If you want to try it out (keep in mind its still an early beta, don't bug the author about missing features, bugs etc.) You can get it at the Emulators for Dreamcast page.
