Small fix for ZSNES 1.28b

It was brought to our attention that the link to the new ZSNES beta wasn't quite right, so I fixed it. Thanks to Gyromite for pointing that out. Also, Laurence Hunter wrote us to tell us that the new beta also "fixes the 'background not displayed' problem with Best of the Best." If you haven't already, snag it from our SNES page!
