SixtyForce Updated!

A wee bit late of the main programmers birthday, a new version of SixtyForce has been updated. Since it's been a while since the emulator was last updated there have been many changes, including FULL Carbonization. It might run in OS 9, but it hasn't been tested extensively in the Classic format. Lots of compatibility issues fixed and major speed upgrades.
