SCDToolz v2.15

SCDToolz, a Sega/Mega CD auditing and authoring tool, has been updated recently. Here is what's new:
  • Added many detection routine for multiple CD games.
  • Added a DUPE detector.
  • Improved the interface :)
  • Removed some stupid bugs.
  • Implemented a web updated DEVELOPPERS list.
  • Changed the update server.
