Saya RX-SMS Alpha v0.10

- Hi, After several months of development, i finally released the Alpha Version 0.10 of my SMS emulator. I think that it's the first SMS Emulator coded 100% in obj pascal and compiled with Delphi tool. I'm still working on the GUI and trying to optimise the VDP operation. Other features are planned for future versions, so check the emulator website. Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
