retroDrive 2 released

Here's a note from Tim Meekins, the author of retroDrive: I’ve written a brand-new emulation core which drives the entire emulator. This results in much better timing and synchronization amongst the various hardware components and improves the emulation speed. I’ve also fixed some bugs that were added in the previous release by accident (such as Contra not scrolling.) Get it at the SEGA Genesis Emulators page. Thanks Thumper
