Retroamp 1.1

- Added a better playlist editor (no cosmetic changes, just code)
- Fixed support to custom skins (should load any image size correctly now
- Fixed ID666 v.030 tags (hopefully)
- Rewrote the loading routines again
- Several minor tweaks here and there
- Some other stuff I don't remember (write logs are important sometimes)
