RascalBoy Advance v1.2.8.2

Lino Maglione has updated this great GBA emulator for Windows. The RBA Multiplayer Plugin which is downloaded separately has been tweaked as well, but changes aren't specified. The RBA Multi Plugin is now v1.0.0.0 (up from beta). Here we go:
  • Various changes for RBA Multi Plugin.
  • Fixed bug in OAM layer priority in modes 4.
