RascalBoy Advance v1.2.7.4

- Fixed bug in Alpha blending emulation for modes 3, 4 and 5
- Fixed bug in OAM layer priority in modes 3, 4 and 5
- Plugin management for communication port added
- Configuration dialog can now be added to plugins
- Fixed bugs in keys configuration menu
