QB VGBA Frontend v0.62

QB VGBA is a DOS based frontends for VGBA. Here's what's new in this version:

QBVGBA-FE turned from Cardware into Freeware since noone was sending a card. That means you can display up to 2600 Roms instead of 1000, and you also can use the extended Romlist feature now ;)

Fixed bug in the French Scrolltext!
