Anthony Ball emailed me about Double Dutch Designs....they have a RetroCoders section with several emulators for the PSX. Note that these are FOR the PSX...not OF the PSX. Arcade:
Galaxian - Emulates Galaxian arcade machines
Invaders - Emulates Invaders arcade machines
Phoenix/Pleiads - Emulates both Phoenix and Pleiads arcade machines
Spectrum:
Spectrum - Emulates the ZX Speccy
