PSF Archive Tweaks

I have begun to fix some of the PSF soundtracks we have in accordance with notes by Neill Corlett and other sources. Mainly these fixes include proper soundtrack-like file names, track length, ID tags, duplicate tracks, and renaming 'unknown' tracks.
