Ps2sP v0.4 Beta (Open-Source)

- After much debate, and thought to this issue the Ps2sP team have decided to open our sources, why you ask well because currently there are three devs, Zenogais, Elly and myself and all of us don't have alot of time on our hands at the moment so the plugin has stalled also a lot of things helped decided this factor other than no time such as the fact there are alot of talented programmers on NGEMU and I'm sure alot of you are interested in working on or seeing how a sound plugin works you can find all sources at the following website if you change anything in the plugin pm, Elly, Zenogais or myself with the following pm title "Ps2sP source update" (You will be given full credit for what you have added to the plugin) So that one of us can upload the updated sources, until we can implement something that will allow you to upload the sources yourself to the website.
