PS2Emu Alpha 01
posted in Emulator Release by mfc on May 7th, 2004A new Playstation 2 emulator has arrived! Well, it's not entirely new but the first public release of PS2Emu has shown up. From the website:
- Roor, shunt, and Scar_T have decided to show off their latest progress with the first initial alpha release of their PS2 emulator, PS2emu. Keep in mind this is still in the early stages of development and still a work in progress. Keep in mind this is not for playing commercial games and is only to show everyone the latest progress. DYNAMIC RECOMPILERS are less than 10% complete, but the performance is faster than usual because the implementation of a new recompiling technique developed specifically for this project that will allow us superior performance to a normal dynamic recompiler.
