Polish SNES Translation Section Added!

I've just added a new section for Polish SNES translations and five translations: From DzinX and Araki , Final Fantasy IV. From CTTT , a translation of Chrono Trigger. From mteam, translations of Front Mission, Harvest Moon and Wonder Project J. You can get any of these patches at our Polish SNES Translations page. Thanks to Chris for the news.
