pNESx Added!

Just added another NES emulator for the PSX. I've actually used this one, and it truly looks exactly faithful to the real NES on a TV screen... the downside is that the games run slower than my grandma in a gale-force headwind. Still, it's interesting. Check it out on our PSX Emulators page. The project is also now open source and discontinued, so anyone who'd like to continue it is more than welcome to.
