Plugins Pack

Recently added plugins: Fast GPU 0.5, NickK's gpuNextGL 1.1 (b) (still in development), Iori's DirectSound Driver 1.46 with improvements in ADSR volume, SPU IRQ, "playing VAG position change", implemented volume auto adjustment ("Enable Compressor" option).
