PCSX DC v1.3a

PCSX DC is a Dreamcast port of the popular Window Playstation emulator PCSX. The authors say it's kinda prerelease, so it lacks many of the features found in the Windows version. Prerelease or not, I'm going to try it out! :) Pick this one up from our Emulators for Dreamcast page. Kudos to China Man for letting us know about this.
