FluBBa has released a brand new emulator for the GameBoy Advance: PCEAdvance, the only PC Engine emulator for GBA and a runnerup at the GBAX 2003 Coding Competition. This is a first release and according to the readme:

This is a first try at a PC Engine emulator for the GBA. It's slow, no sound, not all games even start... All (most) games have some kind of graphical glitches.
