Eloist & Rude_Hack have released a new Gameboy Advance emulator. Not a whole lot of documentation on the site, but from the screen shots it looks to be running several homebrew and even a few commercial roms. Thanks to Kojote for the news. Grab it on the GBA Emulator page.
