padGnneco v0.02

A new GPL'ed PS Emu pad plugin has been released. It's called padGnneco, and our initial entry is version 0.02. The site is in Japanese, but it appears to emulate the Negcon controller. Fun. You can download it from our PSEmu Plugins page! Thanks to shirouto_yokota for the news!
