Ouinja Patcher Version 0.59

Ouinja Patcher, and IPS, NINJA, and PPF patch utility, has recently been upgraded to version 0.59.
Since we last covered Ouinja Patcher the following improvements have been made:
  • auto-update, including language packs
  • support for PPF format
  • added an uninstall feature
  • files aren't automatically associated on loading
  • fixed a few typos
  • more error handling
