olafnes v1.0z

- Added a hex viewer (ROM file, PRG-ROM, and CHR-ROM are viewable)
- Added a trace logger
- Many changes in Windows' text, menus, and other things
- Removed useless code in the 6502 core
- DLL/OCX files and olafnes are now in separate zip files
